8+2 phase power design

I have just bought a Asus P6T SE, and I have noticed that it has 8+2 phase power design, whereas the Asus P6T Deluxe has 16+2 phase power design. If I am going to overclock my i7 920 to around 3.6 Ghz, how long will the life span of the Asus P6T SE compared to the Asus P6T Deluxe - I would like my computer to last for around 4 years

Honestly, it should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it - even with the overclock, it should last well past 4 years without trouble.
