Overclocking cpu problem close the games Automatically

Hi guys i have a problem with overclocking when i overclockd my cpu i got a crash in the games all games closes Automatically afte few secend gameplay IDK why what did i wrong or what is wrong plzz help..
My system is..

CPU-Q9400
CPU Cooling- Crossair h50
GPU-HD6970
powersupply-750w
My board is-Asus P5Q SE2
