im overclocking my 1055t. i have my fsb at 270, 3780.2mhz @ 1.45v, NB @2160 mhz @ 1.25v. now my temps on prime95 are at 62-63c, is that a safe temp? i see people say they are getting 55c, but i cant seem to get it at 55c unless its at 3.5ghz. should i reduce NB volt? if i reduce cpu volt prime 95 crashes. also what ram timings are best? im using 9-9-9-30-27-2t at 720mhz. any suggestions will help. ive been trying to OC this thing to 4ghz for months but no luck, so i will stick with this.

amd 1055t, asrock870 extreme3,8gb gskill ddr3 1600, corsair h70, 2gb powercolor 6950 flashed, coolermaster gx 650w,coolermaster stormsniper case.

Safe I would say is 55C or less, I don't think NB voltage would do much to reduce CPU temp. Sometimes you just have to be happy with the overclocking achieved. That's just how it is. Regarding Ram, Mine work at stock timings the best. You can always try increasing FBS do the math and lower multipliers, on the Ram, NB and HT. I don;t know if that actually make a difference on Temps. There are a lot of factors, hard to say a specific one The chip.. mobo...etc. Have you overclock a different CPU on that Mobo? gl

1055T safe limit temperature is below 60C, if more then you have to replace with a better cooler and reliable or drop your FSB, I have the 1055T only 49C for the 4GHz with cooler Spire Thermax eclipse II
