220mm Fan issues

Hey guys, I have an issue with my 220mm case fan. I bought the In-Win Dragon Rider Full Tower, it came with 5 120mm fans which work great! However, my 220mm side panel fan simply refuses to run no matter what I have it hooked into, tried switching cables to plug into, any ideas?

If you can't get it to spin using multiple different connections I'd say you've got a knackered fan boyo.
