Need to change my Motherboard

Hi,

I went a bit too far while O/C (I m a newbi) and I need to change my motherboard because it broke.

So, looking for a motherboard and CPU to support my current set up,

MB ASUS P5LD2 (no SLI) now in need of replacement
Intel core 2 duo E6600 2.4ghz
RAM = 2 x 2 gigs corsair xms
Power Supply = Corsair 750W - 60A
Running Vista 64 Home Edition
Using a 22'' Samsung screen
GPU = MSI RADEON 4890

I believe that my CPU is the choke point on this configuration (gaming wise),

I basically want to fully use my 4890 (no SLI) with a good quality price ratio
