Dell 305W have 22A on the 12V rail, so you can run the 9800GT/4830 cards. The 7600GT is a pretty old card, but your P4/915 chipset won't allow much more then that. You might want to look to an 8 or 9 series card for better video playback if you watch stuff on your computer. A nice 8600GT/9500GT might be a better idea.

22A based on the sticker or the actual manufacturer's specification? Also who's the manufacturer of this PSU?

A 7600GT could play 720p content, a 9500GT/4650 would be better suited to Blu-Ray. It really depends on the OP's budget and availability.

That means i could get a 9800Gt geforce card without having to upgrade anything?
BTW, i was only upgrading this all stock dell dim4700 to play Left4Dead @ and its basic requirements is a 7600Gt 256MB graphic card.thus is it better to get the 7,8 or 9 series graphic card?

and also i strongly DO NOT want to upgrade any other thing(had upgraded to a 1.5Gb RAM to suit L4D2 specs)
9 and 8 series recommended a 400W PSU for the video card to work.
