G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK - Retail

I know I just missed the combo deal on newegg but oh well. Is this build okay? Any advice? I'm open to any suggestions!

Looks great. Only thing I would do is throw a CPU cooler in the mix, as it will allow you to see the full potential of your CPU by overclocking. I would Get this Cooler:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 4&Tpk=cctf

Other than that, it looks like you are set.
