ASUS P7P55D EVO reboots after 3-4 seconds

Hey,
I have an ASUS P7P55D EVo motherboard with a core i7 processor and a 650 watt power supply, every time i go to turn it on it will reboot after 3-4 seconds and the pattern will continue. There is a red CPU led light that's on as well. If I unplug the EATX12V the motherboard will stay on, still no video though. What could be wrong?
