Need help choosing fans n heat sink for new build

Hi, I'm building a workstation--my first-- and don't know how to choose fan and heat sinks. Would really appreciate it if someone can help me get started. Looking for something quite, and i'm not really an overclocker so no need to get crazy. The case is Corsair 700d and the motherboards is SUPERMICRO X8DAL-i.

Corsair 700d cooling specs:

(x3) 140mm Fans
Up to 4x 120mm Fans (not included)

Does this mean 3 140mm Fans are included and there is space for upto 40 additional 120mm fans??

ok confirmed that 3 140mm fans come with the case so the question is do i need additional 120mm fans if I'm not overclocking?? Here is the rest of my build:
