Hi there

Tonight I have a problem. My desktop lost internet connections. I called my ISP and they did a load of tests and said my connection is fine. They took me through a number of steps and we ended up at the Device Manager and under Network Adapters I had 5 adapters.

1394 Net Adapter
1394 Net Adapter - Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS Miniport

INtel (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection
INtel (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection - Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS Miniport

WAN Miniport (IP) - Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS Miniport

Does all that look in order? All the lines that said Kaspersky on them also had an exclamation mark in a yellow circle.

Can anyone advise me please? I can't get connectivity on ths PC though others in the house are working fine wirelessly.

this is fixed thanks, I 'repaired' Kaspersky and that took care of it. I guess Kaspersky doesn't like the restore function.

Hi Spiny Norman

Im facing the same problem. Could you please tell how you fixed the wireless adapter issue. Right now im unable to connect to Wirless. i downloaded Kaspersky free trail and scanned my laptop. After that i could not connect to my laptop. I uninstalled Kaspersky but still i could not able to connect to my wireless. under Devices it shows some yellow mark but i could not uninstall them. Please guide in this regard.

Thanks.
