My main concern - will the processor / motherboard / RAM array work together as needed?

Pretty clear on the other components, but open to feedback. I know the graphics card and case are slight overkill, but just want to get enough on those fronts to not have to rebuy in a year.

Will run XP SP3 until Windows 7 comes out and gets stable.
