Hi,

fyi, I have :
- procie: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE c3 (non o/c @ 3400MHz)
- m/b: Biostar TA790GX A3+
- ram: OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 Obsidian 2x2GB (CL 9-9-9-24 @ 1.65 Volts)

fyi, both RAMs were instaled in slot: 3 & 4

The OCZ RAMs worked fine when using the SPD settings (1066, 7-7-7-16, 1,5V)

According to the OCZ' site:

http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_pc3_12800_obsidian_4gb-dual_channel_kit

I tried to set up speed at 1600 and timings at 9-9-9-24 | 1.65 Volts

So I changed these BIOS' values :

- MemClock Value = DDR3 1600
- DRAM Timing = 9-9-9-24 (CL-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)
- Memory Over voltage = 1.65 volts

fyi, I set the rest to AUTO

But, during the POST, I got this error message :

" No DQS Receiver Enable pass windows found.
DQS Rcvr En pass windows too small (far right of dynamic range) "

Now if I press the "F1", the computer boots normally with all of its RAMs
at 1600mhz and at 2T-9-9-9-24 timings according to CPUz

And with the new RAM settings,
my PC still can run the Prime95 & MemTest86 stable at 1-3 hours

Anyone have any ideas ?

Thanks :)

I have the same thing with my Biostar. I have the same exact setup except I have a 955 BE processor and instead of F1 to continue, I get Del and have to enter the BIOS and change the DDR from 1600 to 1333. I have tried this all sorts of ways, I have flashed the public BIOS update and the Beta offered on the Biostar website. Nothing seems to work, I messaged OCZ and Biostar. Biostar said to talk with OCZ, and OCZ just said to RMA it. I can't be without my computer because of school and work, so I'm stuck trying to find a fix.
