Limited or low connectivity

I have a problem with a laptop... When i try to connect it to my home network it says "limited or low connectivity"... The problem is that my other computers work perffectly... and the funny part is that in my office that computer also worked (it's almost the same network) and i tried to reset the modem, router and everything but it doesn't help, i also tried to insert the ip, gateway etc. manuali (copied from the other computers) but doesn't work. I don't know what else could i try. Help please

What version of Windows are you using?
Did you try DHCP for the addresses?

What happens when you try these commands in a Command
Prompt window?

ping www.yahoo.com

ping 209.191.93.52

Did you set your DNS manually?
Run a IPCONFIG /all on your other pc's and get the DNS info.
