I am really confused... which one i should get? i have 2500$ at max...please help

First one. It's a more future-proof rig without the problem of doing something over the top with your CPU. I would change though the motherboard from the Deluxe to the Pro one. You don't need the Deluxe. Take the saved cash and save it for another graphics card in the future. You'll thank me later when you have the two HD6970's in XFire.

1- Do you need the rig for? Unless that you REALLY NEED the RevoDrive the $490 (assuming that it's the cheapest version) are a waste of money
2- 1000W PSU excellent way for only use 650W :lol: 
3- TT Frio cooler, excellent cooler but very loud.
4- What is the RAM specs? CL and voltage.

You cant go wrong with option 1, but have a look at Koolance as apposed to the frio, its a lot quieter

You didn't specify purpose, but unless you need the memory bandwidth of triple channel memory, go with option1.

If you are building a game machine, get the i5-2500K and save $100. Games pretty much do not use multi-threading.
