How the heck can I find the DNS addresses that I need to sync up my Netgear Router with my PS3???

DNS servers are assigned by your ISP or your router acts as a DNS server.

Ok...but where do I find the primary and secondary address so I can input it into my PS3?

If you're using DHCP, they will be assigned automatically. If you're using a static IP address, you can get them from your Netgear router.
