Can i use 2 WD6402AAEX and 2 WD1002FAEX in a RAID 0? I know i can but will I get any performance issues? The only difference is the storage capacity.

No performance issues. The total capacity will be twice that of the smaller disk in RAID 0.

In RAID 0 (striping), if one disk fails, all data is lost. I suggest RAID 1 (mirroring) instead of RAID 0
