Forum Graphics & Displays : Graphics Cards 939 Opteron 165 w/ dual 4830s?

So i have an old setup, It consists of a Opteron 165, @ 2.6 ghz, 4GB Patriot DDR400 on a A8R32-MVP Deluxe and a 4830..
Right now i am bidding on another 4830 on Ebay, if it sells for less than 60 dollars, i will purchase it..

Will this give me better frames on COD4/Modern warfare 2? or am i wasting my money.. this will be the last upgrade i do, until the computer catches on fire.. But i just love my old 939 system too much to upgrade.. will i see an increase in performance?

I do understand the CPU bottlenecks the graphics.. but i've got 2 PCI-E x16 slots, so why not use them..
