I am not sure.

Mods points are usually very low as a lot of the site activity we process causes our points to drop ... not increase.

So we won't get there technicially ... a hazzard of the job.

You get a PM congratulating you on the achievement and that's it, were you expecting more?

We ban them for excessive spam. No one should ever get that high. ;)

What do you mean excessive spam? And how will they not get that high anyway? If they've been a member for a long time, I guess over time it is possible for their points to increase till they reach the max, but then do they continue to still be a member of the forum or do they get some kind of special title on their user info?

Also, how come it says for some users Join date: Jan 01, 1970?

The forum was migrated from one system to another, those of us who have been here a while, the date was defaulted to that. Those who joined after the migration have the real date.

I was joking about the excessive spam.

Because they were born before there were computers or electricity. Mostly, they just carved on stone tablets for a long time.

And as far as addict, I don't even like the Internet. LOL (no Facebook account here)

Some of us are so old we remember when computers didn't have ones and zeros. We had to make do with only ones; the concept of zero hadn't been invented yet. To represent 15, we had to write "111111111111111".

It "tilts" and your new title becomes "Ultra Noobie".

In the Peripherals sub-forum for LCD monitors I got so many "Best Answers" that my gold medal reverted back to puny bronze within 6 weeks.
