This is my System
Mainboard Intel DX58SO
CPU Core I7 920 Stock clock
Memory 6GB 1067 DDR3 (PAE to use more than the 32 bit limit enabled)
Main HD 750GB SATA
Other Drives 1X500. 1X320, and 1X160 All SATA
One DVD R/W SATA
8800GT XFX 670 Core Clock 512 Ram
620Watt PS Corsair 2X 12V Rails for SLI if i ever decide to do it

I got windows Vista installed and all updates and a few things installed like
Drivers for the Mainboard and after i installed the network drivers i got the latest drivers from intel
Also the latest drivers for the video card
i then installed the basic programs i will need at some point
7Zip
Utorrrent
CCleaner
CCC Codec pack
Firefox
I then redid my quick links to sites such as this one and my bank and things like that

This is when i decided to go update my Windows Experience index after i update it shows the following

Processor Calculations per second 5.9
Memory(RAM) Memory operations per second 5.9
Graphics Desktop performanve for windows aero 1.0
Gaming graphics 3D business and gaming graphics performance 1.0
Primary hard disk Disk data Transfer rate 5.7

I was wondering if there is anything i can do to fix this i know it's kind of arbitrary but i think things to make some kind of scene

What I've do so far

I have gone into the BIOS and made sure that the PCIE card we set correctly there is a setting in there to be compliant with PCIE1.1 and that does not seem to make a difference i tried it enabled and disabled and still the same results

I then loaded defaults on the BIOS and still the same rating continues

I also goggled this issue and found nothing i have not loaded any game on this build yet i will do that tomorrow before work and see if i have any issues with the video card like artifacts and such maybe a memory leak is causing this

if you have anymore suggestions that i could try please let me know and if anyone wants more information ill be more than happy to prvide that info to the best of my ability

Thank you in advance for any help I may get

I wouldn't put much stock in Window Experience... but maybe try one of the free versions of Futuremark 3dMark or something.

Reinstall DirectX maybe?

It is common for that rating for Graphics in Window Experiance. Had it on all on my builds for Vista 64-bit OS's. Here are a few things I did to rectify it and get 5.9 for the Graphic rating.

1) Download latest DirertX Runtimes and install them.

2) Start Windows Aero view.

After I did those two, I got my 5.9 rating for Graphics rating(s).

Here is Link to the FAQ on Windows Experience index.

Hope this helps you out.

I wouldn't worry. If you can play games ok then there's nothing wrong.

You can delete the wei, and run it again. I had the issue a few times, deleteing and rerunning worked every time.
