2600k Temps BAD

Ok well my i7 2600k has bad temps at stock clocks with my h70. So I tried changing to my stock cooler to see if it was defective and when I put it on I got the same temps they are 37-45C on idle and load temps go up to 65. I have decent airflow in my case. It's a HAF X. I NEED HELP!!

Your temp are on the normal level there is nothing to worry about. However putting on a H70 should lower it by 5-15 degrees.

What are your room temps?

As far as idle temps go I find the H70 doesn't do a whole lot (but who cares right) - under load though the CPU only goes up about 20C from idle.

Room temps are 70F.. I'm thinking about getting a Noctua D-14
