How to Shadows to the right side of icons

I have shadows to the right hand side of all icons and scriptures even on startup on the motherboard emblem. How do I remove this annoying shadows. Please advise. Thanks, Jan

I have found the problem.- VGA cable had a loose or bad connection, between PC and Screen. Pulled it out and reinstall- all working fine now. No more shadows!
