New Motherboard Recommendations

I am going to build a new system and I am having a hard time figuring out which motherboard I should go with. Here are the features I would like.

1. Dual Quad Core Processors
2. Probably just one video card but maybe 2 in the future
3. Memory upgradeable to more than 24 gigs
4. Need a slot for my Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro
5. Need a slot for my tv wonder 650

I do some video editing and also some 3D work so this system needs to be fast so I can render things out easily. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it.

You need to look into server motherboards and RDIMM memory. They usually have a single PCI-e x16 slot, but a few have 2.
