Overclock Intel E6420

Hi,
I want to overclock my Intel E6420 but I really need help!
Motherboard: ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E6420
RAM: 2GB Kingston
Graphic: ATI Radeon HD2600 XT
I have a CPU Zalman Cooler so I think that its not going to "overheat"
Can you help me?

You can overclock without modifying voltage so maybe look at this
