Outlook express pop3

recently got a used laptop,that has outlook express downloaded on it.Problem setting up a email account for myself ,because i do not know the pop3 etc info.I am on a wireless connection using my neighbors signal.so,how/where do i find out this info to input .when i try setting up my account,the wizard comes on,but.when it comes to inputting the pop3 etc.i can't.due to i do not know it.help..thnx.
