How do i get my old contact from a closed freeserve email acc

I have an old freeserve e-mail address. Whenever I try to receive e-mails I get a message to sign on to freeserve but I cannot recall username/password. I have not got any help from Orange.

My send/receive function only ever appears as 75% complete.

How can I either re-direct to my new e-mail address or stop the damned message appearing.

Please help as I am being driven to distraction!

There is nothing we can do. It is not our email software. If you can't work it out with Orange, you are kinda stuck til you remember your logon info. Without that, you can't get on to forward to your new email account.
Uninstall the old email & notify your contacts of new email.

Are you trying to get the old info or just reconfigure your email client for a new email? First one, you need to work with the company, second one, just go to the configuration for your email program and remove the old account.
