9400GT or 9500GT

Could a reaaaally baaaaad Power Supply support an Nvidia 9400 or 9500GT?
Its a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad Mercury AP-2400, with 14A on the 12V1 and 13A on the 12V2.

how many watts is your PSU?

A 9500GT only needs about 3 amps.

The current capacity is adequate. I do not know if the quality is.

400Watts. And my Power Supply is of a Really poor quality

It will support the 9500GT on problem, but you might want to invest in a better power supply as well. Perhaps you could look in the direction of the Cooler Master Extreme 390w? And if you get the 9500GT, make sure its the GDDR3 version and not the one that uses DDR2 memory.
