Do you guys think im good to go and start buying my parts? And am i forgetting something? that i would need for my computer to run properly and boot properly cause this is my first time building computer. (Dont worry i know alot about it and i can ask my uncle for help if needed)

Looks good. You prolly could knock off about 30$ and just get 4gb of ram, u won't need 6 (u wouldn't notice any performance increase really). Also, the x4 940 is an am2+ socket, your upgrade path on a processor won't necessarily be future-proof with am3 sockets out.

yea imma do what u said just have 4gb ram and for the am2 im looking for a motherboard that has am2+ and am3 dont know wich one though
Another cost savings method is to download Windows 7 Release Candidate, which is free until March 2010, than it'll shut your computer down every 2 hours until June 2010, than you have to purchase a key. It is a way to save money now until the official version is released in Oct. or wait for March 2010.
