Problem Restarts

Fan goes turbo without RAM, no display. Put RAM in and machine keeps restarting. I have tried this with lots of different ram which works in other computers. I also changed the powersupply to a brand new one.

Also changed the motherboard for a second hand version of the same model.

Still does the same thing as above; no improvements.

Could this be a processor problem? It's the only thing I haven't changed.

Yes, it's probably the processor.
