Any suggestions/advice on my new build?
CPU : i7 920
HSF : Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme 1366RT
Mobo : Gigabyte EX58-UD4P
RAM : 6GB Corsair Dominator C8 RAM 1600mhz tri channel
GPU : EVGA GTX 295 (reusing)
Case : Antec P183 w/ 5xNoctua NF-P12
PSU : Antec CP850 CPX modular
HD : 640GB Samsung Spinpoint F1 7200RPM 16MB buffer (reusing)
DVD : Drive : Samsung SH-S223F (reusing)

Is the motherboard/RAM any good?
I'm getting it as a combo, $380 CAD for the RAM+Mobo.

Yep it's good. Are you sure about the case? Antec 1200 comes with that PSU as well:

i'm looking for a super quiet/good air flow case. and nothing that looks too gamer haha.
any other suggestions?

I just think you want a bit more room with the card. Your parts are all good except for that.

These are all high quality cases:

Still too gamer?

Cosmos S

Also, you could just get a TP-750 or such. You don't have to use that CP-850 for the case. It's a nice PSU, but maybe a bit overkill.

I recently just got that mobo. Its damn good and I was skeptical about the 2 oz copper but it really does make a difference. It also overclocks very well and do so with ease.

Your build is nice but I would suggest getting another harddrive if you can afford to do so. Also are you sure that case is going to fit your GPU?

Here's a link to the summary page of a case review where they talk a little more about "quiet".

I'm pretty sure the P183 can fit it...it's quite a pricey case that's supposed to have lots of room to work with, removable HD cage might get in the way is what I've heard.
I think I'm just gonna use the samsung HD til SSD becomes more affordable and switch that out as an upgrade.
Now I gotta wait :(

To answer your question, an aftermarket cpu cooler is not necessary with a 2100. For $5...
