I finally figured out how to eliminate mouse lag with vsync on 
. By limiting fps max to 59.9 (even if monitor does 55-75). Now it is difficult to limit fps 59.9 in all my games, is there a program, or a feature somewhere in rivatuner where I can limit my fps to 59.9? Thanks.
