Best CPU Cooling For My New Rig?

Hello, about to order these parts so I can build my new gaming rig. Whats the best cooler out there, that looks nice? And please, don't bring up that gigantic noctua . Im looking to overclock my CPU anywhere from 4.0 to 4.5 Ghz. Also feel free to make suggestions about my components. The two HDD's are from my old build, not buying them new.

Intel Core i5 2500k (4.0-4.5)
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1866 Mhz 9-10-9-27
Crossfire XFX Radeon 6950's 1GB each
OCz Vertex 2 60GB SSD
VelociRaptor 10,000 RPM 300GB HDD (Storage)
WD 320 GB 7200 RPM 320 GB HDD (Storage)
CORSAIR HX Series 80+ Silver Certified 750 watt PSU


P.S. - What kind of framerates should I be seeing playing games like Crysis, ArmA 2, GTA IV.....at 1920x1080

Thermalright Silver Arrow, Thermalright Archon and Thermalright Venomous X are very good options.

Configuration is nice.
I think you get a 600GB velociraptor because 300GB haves less cache size.
And about cooling,check Corsair H50 or H70.
