Ok, so i added new ram and a new processor to my computer a few months ago. I had a 8600Gt video card in it at this time, and i was having problems with trying to play video games on it. It'd run the game for few mins then my screen would flash and then go blank. The sound was looping still tho, and the cpu was running but the monitor would say no signal. So i thought it was my graphics card so i bought a 9800 GTX and installed it. Well the problem stopped for awhile and now its doing it all over again. Idk what to do ='(

hmm that's weird... I doubt the problem is with the monitor itself. It might be something with DX or drivers. Update both of them and come back here

Tskeezy uncfan_2563 has a point.but you need to tell us more about pc power supply mobo ram and cpu plus how you have the 9800gtx plugged up to power supply you may be under powering the 9800gtx.give all spec of pc and you will get better help.
