Can I use DDR3 RAM at 1.65Voltage with this M/B??

I'm using Mainboard ASUS P5E3 Deluxe Wifi@N. In addition to the DDR3 RAM has 1.5 voltage on my Mainboard (ASUS RAM DDR3 1333MHz 8-8-8 2Rx8 1.5Voltage 1gbx2).
The question is.... Can I use DDR3 RAM at 1.65Voltage or more than 1.5Voltage??

Why not buy the 1.5V modules? G.Skill certifies that they are compatible with your motherboard.

Because In Thailand DDR3 RAM at 1.5Voltage it's hard to find out for buy and too expensive.

So that I want to know Can I use another RAM 1.65V - 2.0V Modules?
