Lost start icon

I have recently lost the start and other options from the bottom of my screen. Other users on the same laptop do not have this proble. I am using XP.

I have recently lost the start and other options from the bottom of my screen. Other users on the same laptop do not have this proble. I am using XP.

CTRL-ALT-DEL, start task manager. file -> new task. type explorer.exe. that should fix it
