Small heatsink that handdles OC?

Hi,

I'm planning a new build, the only problem is that my case is the NZXT Phantom and it has a 120mm side panel fan that doesn't allow to install some cpu coolers, I know that I can remove the fan in order to put any heatsink but pls have in mind that I don't want to, I want to keep that 120mm fan. The max height that a heatsink can have with the 120mm fan installed is of 145mm, I'm planning to OC a i5-2500k so I need a small cooler that could handle the OC, thanks!

There are lots of ok 92mm tower coolers. There are also high end top-down coolers.

I can personally vouch for the cobra. It was more than enough for the X2 550, even when I cranked it up to 3.9ghz.
