Hey everyone my work is thinking about purchasing me a 42" monitor so I can view blue prints on my computer what size graphics card will I need to put in my computer to run this screen no gaming just work.

just about any card will max out at 2560 x 1600 resolution and since you wont be gaming the ATI 4350 will do job for you. Just make sure your motherboard has a PCI-E 16x (aka PCI-E 1.0 or 2.0 slot).

The card is only $35 with free shipping, even if it is to much power it is still cheap.

the 4350 is a re-badged 3450 and at $20 after rebate, cheaper then the 3450

What's the resolution of the 42" monitor? If it's only 720p, you might want to try convincing them to get you a 1920x1200 monitor somewhere around 22-24" or even to a 30" display.

^ I agree that graphic card should do the trick. (after 15$ mail & rebate) + (10% offcode: VGASALE10) = total 16.49$ pretty cheap; oh ya free shipping! =]
