Install audio device for window xp

the audio device downloads to my computer at ad and remove site, but it will not show a device in control panel it just says no audio found the device is from reaktek I need help

Go to your Computer Manufacturer's site for your model to download Audio.

Is it embedded or a card ? If embedded go by mfg. board model number and select realtek audio drivers, if a standalone card you would need the model number.
If stuck for answers, download AIDA32 and run it, will give you what it finds on all your computer hardware.
