The latest InfInst from Intel directly work for W2k. That will give you all Ram, PciE, sound, Ethernet, Usb settings.

For the ich10/ich10r driver, Intel doesn't give anything for W2k BUT you have the ones adapted to W2k by BlackWingCat, which work very well here. Make an F6 floppy. This will allow the Ahci mode, which is way faster than the "Legacy" mode.

Then you need a W2k display driver for the G41, and I ignore if Intel gives one. If not, add a separate graphics card with its driver:
nVidia runs W2k on any card;
Ati limits W2k to dX9.0c cards officially;
BlackWingCat has adapted drivers to any Ati card for W2k;
you may try the Omega drivers with W2k.
