Help with aftermarket fans and coolers

I am looking for suggestions. I believe my stock cpu fan is dying. It now sounds horrible and when the computer hits a full load the core temps (as measured by Core Temps) is sticking at 95C and above.

I'm looking for a cost efficient aftermarket fan (realistically - can i get away with something $50 or under? Or what is the next least costly alternative).

My build:
CPU: Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W

MoBo: EVGA P55 SLI 132-LF-E655-KR LGA1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard

PSU: CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire

Graphics: XFX HD-585A-ZNBC Radeon HD 5850 (Cypress Pro) 1GB Black Edition 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express
Case: APEVIA X-DREAMER3-BK Black Metal ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"

Thanks for any suggestions.

Any of these should fit in your case.
