Hey, I just got a new setup:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 435

Motherboard: MSI NF750-G55 ATX AM3 750A SLI DDR3
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130235)

I got also some cheap RAM: 1 x 2GB DDR3 PC3 8500 1066 240 pin 1.7V (Official link)

The problem is the computer start but don't display anything. It does the exact same thing without and with RAM.

I supose the problem come from the RAM. I know the ram is in perfect condition (I changed it twice).

Please help me

Hey, I currently have 2 monitors. both are working fine on another system.
I tried to plug them directly into the motherboard and also on my Geforce 8800.

I'm thinking about buying a pair of Crucial 4GB kit (2GBx2), 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-10600.

It says on Crucial's website that this RAM is compatible with my Motherboard .

Thanks for the help :)

No sounds what so ever with and without.
All the fans are working (CPU, Graphic Card and fans from the case).

But I couldnt find any speaker on the box neither on the motherboard.

Here are the spec for the box (for anyone curious): http://www.nzxt.com/products/m59/

Every part of this computer are new.
It has enough power (700W).

I found a guy online who's having the same problem with the same motherboard and he did not found a solution yet.

Thanks for you help

I just plugged a speaker into the case, now I get 3 beeping noises with and without the RAM in.

I also got some RAM that is suppose to be supported by the motherboard, as it says on MSI website (http://www.msi.com/uploads/test_report/TR10_1874.pdf)

Ram specs: Kingston ValueRAM KVR1333D3N9K2/2G PC3-10666 2GB 2X1GB DDR3-1333 CL9 240PIN DIMM

Still not working...
