SATA drive making PSU beep?

My new SATA drive is making my power supply beep, very faintly. When I unplug it, PSU is fine. Tried different slots and plugs... any idea what might cause this??

Yes full hardware specs please. How do you know it's the PSU beeping and not the MB?
