Hello,
I have the hillips SPE3051CC ext HDD. It was unexpectedly formatted and now gives the message of high speed device in low speed port, even though it is in a usb 2.0 port / hub.

Is there any firmware or system files that were wiped when it was formatted? if so where can I get them back from?
Not Phillips, been there already.

How is the actual speed read/write? I mean, if you get this message, it means the system recognizes the device as being USB 2.0, while the port is seen as 1.1. Maybe the USB hub drivers need updating.
