Overclocking amd phenom x6 1055T

+1^@moricon---->henydiah your on the edge with them volts.....talk about excessive 1.52v 24/7!!!

@Adrain2381--> The 970 BE can usually get to 4.0 GHz on as little as 1.42v whereas the 1055t you have two more cores and it can be clocked up to 4.0 GHz with a 75mV bump....They have about the same potential as far as top clock speed is concerned.
i don't know this comapare in default just compare but i have this CPU in 4.2ghz can close score cinebench 11.5 1090BE
and you can see compare this CPu in : http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/147?vs=186
but this compare just default not OC..
if you want compare with my system 1055T , my score cinebench 11.5 :

@ henydiah wow your voltages to get 4.2 are definitely too high for daily usage, 1.5 is really the upper limit for 24/7, I have had 4.6Ghz at 1.65v before to windows, but it crashes on any bench, run it stably at 4.2 with 1.525v, but power draw is excessive for the performance..
The best OC for power drawn (efficiancy) is 3.85GHZ @1.32v that is less volts than stock and the performance rocks, the diff between 3.8 and 4 is not worth jumping to 1.45v imo

Ive yet to come across a 1055t that cannot make 4GHZ on 1.45v! And Ive personally built 20+ machines with them, they are my fav CPU!

@moricon : i know my vcore too high this vcore just for benchmark Not Dailly and my temperature still low below 55C but i can't post Sreenshoot ..
I use dailly juat 3.8Ghz vcore 1.44 , this :)

@Lowjack, and talk about advantages, it is generally Vcore to X6 in 1.52v @ 4GHz is common, but if use the X4 then 1.42v ~1.44 and it's only fair.
and in 4Ghz my temp still low (below 50C). And the vCore a more JUST for BENCHMARK it was not Dailly, provided temperature at benchmark tests still below 57C.

@hendriyah : the best way to campare is at stock and at overclock. I bought an 970BE but for daily use. So i just tune it at 3.85GHz with FSB up. (same with lowjack 989) Fast enough for playing crysis 2 with higher res and maks graph. :)

@lowjack989 : Thanks. :D
