From easy to hard:
A . Check your Startup folder for something related

B . It may be something with explorer:
Start>Run>Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Look on the right ,scroll down to the value to Shell . Double click and type in :

Explorer.exe

Close and restart.

C . Start>Run>Regedit
HKEY_ LOCAL_ MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Look on the right ,scroll down to the value Userinit (should be like this C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe, )

If not, then right click on the Userinit value and select Modify.
Type in the value :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,

in the Modify dialogue box click OK
(make sure U add the last comma)
Exit and restart .

Do not modify anything else in there! :hello:
