my system configuration
amd athlon x2 7850 black edition
gigabyte main board (GA-MA78GPM-DS2H (rev. 1.x)
ram kingston 2gb 800 mhz
dvd writer sata
seagate sata 1 tb hard drive
400 watt iball psu

i am confused about psu because now i want to buy graphic card (ati radeon hd 4850 512mb) , will my psu handle the load ? or i have to buy a new .
plz suggest good psu with good value for money which can handle the load

I have mostly seen iball bundled with cheap cases, not a good sign. Ive also remember reading several threads complaining about their reliability.

Good choice. If they O.P. can't swing that I wouldn't go any higher than a 9800 GT with his current PS (preferably that new "energy efficient" one that doesn't require a six pin cable).
