Overclocking Phenom II X3 BE NB and Core

I want to OC the core speeds and the CPU/NB speeds. I am starting with the NB. I hear you are not supposed to OC the HT link from stock. If that is wrong, please tell me. My real question is what voltages should I be increasing to get stability? I can increase CPU, CPU/NB, HT, and NB. My guess is CPU/NB, but what about NB by itself? Does that need to be overvolted for stability?

You need increase the CPU NB Voltage, nothing more and in little steps.
