System won't boot,no fans or led light.

Hi community,recently i wanted to install new TX3 Cooler to replace a stock avc Heatsink but i accidentally pulled out JUSB3~6.Now i dont know where to pluck it.The 1st wire is a black wire while the 2nd is white.Where should i plug them into?My PWR 1 AND ATX 1 Are both plucked it but it doesnt boots.Recently it was also like this but i managed to get it working but it sometimes all of a sudden reboots.How should i fix it?

jusb's are just plug ins for USB devices....What devices are you using on the jusb 3-6? jusb stands for "Jumper Universial Serial Bus"...I don't believe that this would cause a reboot..unless you also damaged th JFP "Jumper Front Panel" it appears that you may have a short on the Front Panel Jumper...it is in close proximity to the JUSB 3-6 on that board
