would an antec 1200 or 900 have enough space to hold sli Gtx 280, 4870x2????

I'm assuming the Antec 1200 has plenty of room - the case is quite large.

My 900 was tight for 8800 GTS in SLI, but I took out the fan bracket and have a decent amount of room.

The answer to you question is yes, especially with the Antec Twelve Hundred. It is a full tower case.

Yes... I fit two GTX260 Core 216's in my 1200 with room to spear. If prices drop more on my card, I'm going to look to tri-sli my cards.

The 900 or 902 will fit your card, as well.
