Resource Manager Will Not Load

Hello,

I got this error message when I tried to launch a program from either the Desktop Short Cut or the .exe file in All Programs.

How do I correct the problem?? What caused it?

Resource Manager is invoked when CPU resources is near 70%. Otherwise it should not have to load.
Check what is running in task manager, or possible disable some start up programs you don't need loaded, until you actually use them.

ksiemb -- Thanks for your reply. I guess I just had an incomplete uninstall on my application. I re-uninstalled it with Revo Uninstall, and that solved my problem!!
