now the 3d mark results are great

what could be:
1- new-ER x58 classified like FTW
2-gt300 ?!?! most probably not but..
3- gtx 295 just like asus but with higher clockes rpbably requires 2 8-pin
4- could be the rumored gtx 295 having 5 gpus on 1 card thats 8 in octa-sli
5- gtx 285 FTW 2 gigi version maybe but dont think the diff in score is because of it
6- gtx 285 with DDR5 memory?!?! also could be y not ;)  example gainward 4850 GS GLH ;)  already dome with ati
7- this is i think most probable a normal gtx 285 with a 40 nm gt200 gpu

y is the NO 7 most probable well its easier and the performance jump between 55 and 65 wasnt that WOW it was 10 %+ increase at stock but a gtx 280 needs to be watercooled to reacha srock cooled oc card putting the stock 280 at SSC speed require water cooling so as stock clocked this 40 nm could be 15 % + more than 285 add this up and the oc ability ....

we just have to wait and see might be just like asus MARS with a cheaper $ tag ;)

did asus ever sell mars to the public? I thought Nvidia freaked out about it.

I'm thinking that you're looking at 3 295's in SLI... based on the number of power connectors and the scores...

hope ur right bro its about time nvidia did a bit more than just sli now many mobos feature 4 pcie classified eclips plus p6t7 its about time they gave us a longer and more flexible bridge like ati and y i think it might be close well check the contents of msi eclipse plus se how many nvidia bridges they give u

Well it's not 40nm GTX285's...it says 55nm right on GPU-Z, I'm guessing tri-SLI (6 really) of GTX295's.

maybe but asus made a chip in thier gtx mars that lets gpu-z recognize it as a 295 knowing that its not but anyway all manufacturers name their gtx 295 single pcb well gtx 295 except evga's co-op edition maybe there is somthing more to them than meets the eye ;)
